Although the PopSnagger looks like an ordinary pair of needle nose pliers, their not.  The PopSnagger has a coned shaped point at the nose of the pliers.  This point is used to remove the paint from almost any size of lead headed jigs.  Very little pressure is required to remove the paint.  Once the paint has been removed simply spin the pliers around and you have a line threader to push through the jig and quickly attach it to your line.  Just tie it up and if needed, run your hook through the hone, which is housed in the other handle end, before casting it back in the water.

This is a multi-purpose tool that no fisherman should be without.
